FixTunes v5 Testers Needed

We are preparing to release the all new, completely different, super-awesome FixTunes version 5 and are looking for volunteers to help test.  This will be a free upgrade for all current FixTunes customers, so don’t worry if you want to buy the current version.  We are looking for both XP, Vista and Mac OS people that can test the new FixTunes and give us some feedback.  If you help us test and provide usable feedback (good or bad) we’ll give you a couple of free purchase codes (to share with friends) for your trouble.  We are only looking for a couple of dozen testers and will try and get a variety of system setups.

    I only have a small amount of songs. Near 2 gig, aprox 500 songs. I plan to purchase the current version tonight and would be glad to offer feedback.

    I just downloaded and purchased V4.6. I’m not an expert at using it yet, but I love what it does so far. I have about 3,800 songs loaded so far and I have about another 300 or so CDs to rip.

    I’d love to test your new Version 5! I have 2 computers, one with XP Pro and the other with Vista Ultimate.

    I purchased your product fixtunes and paid for it thru paypal and have still not received the code to unlock your demo program. This is my third E-mail to your company with no reply. I will wait until this weekend. If I do not receive a response I will contest the charges thru Paypal

    Jody - I’m sorry for the problem. I searched our email history and we received your first request and responded with your purchase code 2 days ago. The message was sent to your Comcast email address. I just re-sent the email. If this is not the email address you usually check (some people have old email addresses connected to their PayPal account) please let us know and we will send it to another email.

    Please answer my emails regarding my purchase code. I bought it with paypal but there was a database error on your page at the end but the money was transfered! So I am still missing my code! I wrote your serveral emails.

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Over the weekend we had a database issue that prevented some customers from receiving their purchase codes. That issue has now been fixed and all purchases are recorded in our database.
